1. Who we are

These T&C are governed by Swiss law.

2. What these T&C cover

They apply to every purchase you make on colosseumatnight.com, whether physical souvenirs (posters, puzzles, gifts, etc.) or digital items (e-books, itineraries, PDFs). Separate rules apply to third-party tours sold via affiliate links (see § 8).

3. Products & Availability

  • We work with external partners (e.g. Printify, AliExpress) who manufacture and ship the goods directly to you (“dropshipping”).
  • Product pictures are for illustration; minor colour or size variations are possible.

4. Ordering, Payment & Contract

  • Currency: all prices are shown in EUR, VAT included.
  • Payment: PayPal only.
  • A binding contract is formed after your PayPal payment has been accepted and you receive our order-confirmation e-mail.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen items.
  • Carrier & tracking: Our partner fulfils the order and provides a tracking number, which we forward to you.
  • Delivery times: 1 – 4 weeks, depending on the product and destination. Estimated times shown at checkout are not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because many items are custom-printed, we do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges.
Damaged or defective goods:

  1. Notify us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, attaching clear photos of the problem.
  2. We will offer either a free replacement or a full refund.
  3. Claims made after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been provided.

7. Guest Checkout

You may order as a guest; no customer account is required.

8. Third-party Tours (Affiliate Links)

Links to guided tours of Rome lead to external providers.

  • We do not organise, operate, or control these tours.
  • Your contract is directly with the tour operator; their terms, prices, and policies apply.
  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or injury related to such tours.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PortalWeb GmbH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on colosseumatnight.com (images, text, logos) is owned by or licensed to PortalWeb GmbH. You may not copy or use it without prior written permission.

11. Privacy

We handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy (see https://colosseumatnight.com/privacy-policy). By ordering, you agree to that policy.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. strikes, natural disasters, pandemics).

13. Changes to these T&C

We may update these T&C at any time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order. Material changes will be announced on our website.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are an EU consumer, you may use the EU online dispute-resolution platform (ODR). Otherwise, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Altdorf, Switzerland.

15. Severability

If any clause of these T&C is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
