Patrick is a great guide we had a wonderful experience in the catacombs and along the Appian way. The catacombs are amazing and even though extensively restored, are well worth visiting especially with a guide as knowledgeable as Patrick

Our guide Patrick made our tour fun and informational. He stopped several times to take pictures. He even made a couple extra stops along our tour and gave us an interesting narrative on ancient Rome. Great tour!

The guide was so incredibly detailed and knowledgeable. The tour was so interesting. One of the things I found there were a few people scared as you go quite low into the catacombs, you are down there for 25-40 mins and honestly the spaces are around the size of a bathroom with low ceilings, very well lit and the guide was supportive of those a little fearful, the st Clement’s underground was also enlightening, the depth of how you go more than 10 metres underground back to the first century! Would highly recommend this tour!

My tour guide was Daniel. He was incredibly knowledgeable. He paused for questions often and had an explanation for everything. I wish every tour guide had this level of expertise. It was a lot of time standing. But totally worth it. I wish I could have spent more time looking around in the Catacombs. But it would be easy to get lost. He did pause for us to look into the more interesting places.
